Healthy relationship tips

PART 1

Based on my previous experiences dealing with all types of personality(religious and ethnical) when it comes to relationships.

So on this note I have decided to give out some extracts of my book titled "the health of a relationship"

Here are the following tips on which a relationship be it broken or working can still turn out to be healthy.

1)verbal emotional misuse; this involves domestic violence, incessant misuse of words, various forms of isolations, violating limitations and exceeding boundaries. When you avoid this verbal emotional abuse, you are in line for a great relationship.

2)How well do you communicate and share weighty or insignificant details with each other?

3)How well do you have the interest of your partner at heart? How often do you check up on her well-being? How often do you ask how her day went? Things she experience, are you interested in knowing them?
4)Companionship showing affection,emotional satisfaction, do you meet the basic needs of a relationship? We should ensure we meet those needs before we talk about special needs of the person e.g financial and even academical needs
5)reciprocation
The feeling, commitment loyalty, showing of affection, communication, enthusiasm all the basic needs of a relationship should be mutual.
