What is love? If you're not sure this might help...
'650 spheres of love suspended on golden threads' is a computer generated image I made. I'm afraid it's in code and it might take you a few weeks to decipher, so I've added the easy way out and translated it for you. Each sphere represents a letter of the alphabet i.e. there are 26 different diameters each representing a letter. Here is the image:
This is the translation but it is a bit heavy! Sorry, but that's the way it is.
You've got to work for it...
495.3 ... psychic entities ephemerally located in momentarily unique space-time inevitably mutually perceive that which is law-conformably generated through their accumulated interpretative nets such interpretations being always and in every aspect fragmentary unless and only if mutual perceptions are consciously and unqualifyingly accessed enabling the entities' limited awarenesses to spontaneously and willingly expand to totality in all available psychic spaces creating a localised yet infinite world of conjoint ego-loss fragmentation being redeemed the entities persisting out of time in the state they call love
If you 'have a relationship' with another, you can't be 'in love'.
When you ARE in love you ARE the other and YOU (plural) are ONE. There can be NO relationship with yourself!
Shakespeare put it like this:
So they lov'd, as love in twain
Had the essence but in one;
Two distincts, division none:
Number there in love was slain.
Hearts remote, yet not asunder;
Distance and no space was seen
'Twixt this Turtle and his queen:
But in them it were a wonder.
So between them love did shine
That the Turtle saw his right
Flaming in the Phoenix' sight:
Either was the other's mine.
(The Phoenix and the Turtle)
I make these very high resolution images. They can be printed to any size, but were designed to be crisp at least 1 metre square.

You weren't joking 'a bit heavy' Peter.
