POWER OF THE WORD "SORRY"
Sorry maybe one of the most difficult word to say when there is an argument or conflict,and the major reason is because many people see it as a sign of weakness.Apologizing to someone is never weakness instead it is maturity and strength.Irrespective of how that person feels just saying am sorry can take that pain away,there is definitely no form of weakness found in the word "sorry".
I have seen family members refusing to talk to each other for donkey years after an argument just because no one wants to be the first to let go of their pride and “break down and apologize.” But who decided apologizing was a sign of weakness?
As we become more aware in this time of self-knowledge and self-discovery, it’s important to acquire the ability to recognize our own mistakes. Nobody is without mistakes and we all will do something to hurt someone else at a point in our lives. The difference, however, lies acknowledging that we have done something wrong.
Its very important to apologize, saying am sorry facilitates forgiveness and helps in healing emotional pain. Not only does it show the recipient that you acknowledge their right to feel hurt, but it shows how much you value them.
Timing is important in apologizing, if the person is not ready to accept your apologies hold on and try again.Sometimes we need to allow time to heal the wounds a little bit before we come forward to say “I’m sorry.”
An apology can undo so many wrongs, it can help ease the pain and tension caused by a specific action. It gives hope for rebuilding, and puts value on the relationship rather than self.
Sometimes people don’t even realize the hurt they are creating around them by failing to take responsibility for their mistakes.Maybe it’s you, maybe it’s someone you know, but everyone knows someone who has suffered from this at some time and some place

Often times saying am sorry is worth more than a lifetime of excuses.
A popular musician called Ethon John sang about "Sorry being the hardest word",he wasn't far from the truth but let us make it the easiest word.
Choose the path of healing. Choose love above pride. Choose humility. Choose apologizing.
