BROKEN TRUST
Trust is a vital part of any relationship that exist on the surface of the earth because trust deals with absolute reliability.
Most relationships have suffered fatal break ups because of broken trust,some individuals even end up committing suicide because someone betrayed their trust.
Its really difficult to swallow the pains of betrayer,but instead of harming yourself in anyway all you have to do is forgive but don't you start trusting again immediately give the person enough time to rebuild that trust especially if you think its a mistake.
And this suggestion above depends on the gravity of the offense some folks may attempt taking your life you don't go back trusting such persons.I believe in such situation the relationship should be far apart or totally servered.
In the bible David respected Saul but also stayed far from him because he was after his life if you are conversant with that story you will discover at a time they were very close.
Trust broken in mutual relationship should be handled with care because it has alot of consequences ranging from depression,low self esteem and sucide just to name a few. People in such situation should be monitored closely and if you have no one around don't lock yourself indoors step out, watch a movie or watch any sporting game. Make sure you are distracted not to think on the pain.
Healing a broken trust issue takes time, especially if the person affected is not distracted with other activities. Sometimes it can take as long as a year.Opening your mind to family members has a way of taking away the burden,go spend time with other trusted friends,spend time with God he has a way of lifting such burdens if you can't trust anyone trust him.
When you are out of this make sure everyone earns your trust don't just throw and give your heart and emottions to anyone.They might end up breaking it again apply total wisdom in leaving your life.

Aww! What a great write up. It really takes a lot of great doing to seek or get the trust of just any one. Especially in a relationship. No one wants to be with a spouse that would never trust.. Not even for once. Great content! Weldone @nuell.
My take: trust is really important but it's foolhardy to give it 100% to anyone. We should trust, but let our defense mechanisms be prepared for disappointment.
Trust is the main pillar on which everything exist.
