The fear of rejection!

Rejection hurts. It's difficult to accept rejection. We are not fit for everything and everyone. People have their preferences and priority in life. But when it comes to us, we can't take it normally. It always hurts no matter how brave and positive minded you are. Hearing the negative words about us doesn't feel good. And there's actually no way to make it feel good. But we can look forward to other things in life for sure.

Rejection sensitivity and the psychology behind it often hamper our feeling of happiness and peace of mind. That's why we should give a little attention to it. I mean how we deal with the fear of rejection, our reaction towards it, how we prepare ourselves to our next step and everything. Here I'm sharing some points that helps me to overcome the fear and take it normally.

Awareness about our surroundings and circumstances helps us to catch what's gonna happen next. It's like a mindful technique to understand how people gonna react and how things will turn towards us. It can help us to prepare ourselves for the rejection and reduce our fear.

Practice to not avoid the situation. If someone gonna says us no, we can't change that. And avoiding can not make it gone rather it often makes the situation worse. So accept what it is and act mature.

Good day will come in no time. The more we make ourselves adjust to the situation the more we can go forward. So believe in that and let happen what is gonna happen. No matter if it's professional or personal.

There's always something good in every bad. We have to remember that. And I believe that one or several rejections can't stop us from doing or achieving what we believe. So, go on and look forward. Improve and prepare yourself.
