Fruit-chaat is a famous Indian street food you can also find it served in Indian Marriages and when you will travel in the bus or Train. You can prepare it at home in no time.
Healthy refreshing fruit-chaat is very easy to prepare, you can enjoy fruit-chat in any season but eating during summer time it gives very refreshing experience. Today I'm sharing this healthy and refreshing fruit-chaat recipe, you can mix any seasonal fruits of your choice and enjoy it. Here I'm using mango, Pineapple, grapes, Orange and Banana.
Ingredients:
1 cup mango cut into cubes
1 cup pineapple cut into cubes
1 Banana cut into cubes
1 orange cut into 1/2 inches pieces
1 cup small red/green grapes cut into 1/2 pieces
2 table spoon fresh lemon juice
1 tea spoon chaat masala
1 tea spoon sugar.
Prepration method:
First of all wash and dry all the fruits. Next cut them all as mentioned above.
Take a big bowl now combine all the cubed and chopped fruits in a big bowl then squeeze lemon juice and mix well lemon juice gives very refreshing taste to the fruit-chaat, now keep it in the refregrator for 15 minutes.
Just before serving add chaat masala and sugar. Mix well and serve it fresh.
Healthy refreshing fruit chaat is ready to serve.
