Importance of thinking about everything we say

I think it is almost impossible for me to separate myself from thinking, my life has been defined under the criterion of being able to think, for this case I have realized that lately I think a lot about what I say, sometimes it has helped me to realize that what I have said in a certain circumstance is not good, that is to say I have come to conclude that I have been carried away by the impulses to say words that are wrong and that in the end can bring me big problems.

On the contrary, many of the words that I have been able to say without being carried away by impulses I have also filtered them through my thoughts, being able to verify that I have said words that have been of benefit to many, they have been words that have carried an educational message that has allowed me to grow and feel proud of what others learn as well.

Without critical thinking, it is difficult for me to have been able to evaluate what is best for me in each wrongly said word and in each well argued word, I really want to invite many of you to be able to encourage each of us to discover what we are doing right and what we are doing wrong in relation to our performance of how we say our words in relation to the different environments in which we operate, whether at work, with the family, or even when we are advising another person.
