HOW TO REDUCE THE SIZE (SPACE, MB, KB) OF PICTURES WITH YOUR PHONE BEFORE UPLOADING ON STEEMIT TO SAVE DATA

Before I got this knowledge, I have been ignoring some large space pictures that I needed to upload to buttress my post because they will finish my data and take long time to upload. Bye bye to that waste and strees with this new knowledge.

STEP A
The size of the below picture is originally 1.08MB (1,080KB). Too large

STEB B
Go to MS word (e.g. Quick Office) on your phone and insert the particular image (picture) from your gallery

Picture already in word (this may be inserted in an existing file as you can see)

STEP C
Now, SCREENSHOT the sreen at this position

STEP D
Crop the newly screenshot picture

STEP F
This is the last step. The resized picture is ready

Check the picture details. It has reduced the size drastically to 114KB

At smaller size, picture will upload quickly and save your DATA. (1,080KB was reduced to 114KB) it is a huge reduction.
