Martabak Sausage Mini Recipe
This mini carrots suitable make snacks. This one is the chewy beef sausage contents are savory. Best eaten warm with cocolan peanut sauce. Tasty tasty!
Ingredients:
6 sheets of spring roll skin ready to use cooking oil

150 ml water
How to make:
• Slice sausage thin transverse Feista Bratwurst.
• Put in a bowl, add the leeks, onions and eggs. Mix well.
• Pepper onion powder, pepper powder and salt. Mix until well blended.
• Take a sheet of spring roll skin.
• Fill with sausage and egg batter.
• Fold the rectangle shape like an envelope.
• Tape the edges with a little water or a solution of wheat.
• Heat the oil in wok over medium heat.
• Fry the carrots until golden yellow and drain.
• Sauce: • Stir peanut butter, chili sauce, onion powder, sugar and water until flat and lumpy.
• Serve carrots with Sauce.

Tips:
When buying sausage note the condition of the packaging and expiry dates. Make sure that the packaging is intact and presentable as a guarantee of quality sausage.
Always place the sausages in the refrigerator, put in the freezer if it is to be stored for long.
