Fried banana present this sweet taste is legit. Bananas are pulverized and mixed with kusmis or dates. Sprinkled with powdered sugar or milo. Best eaten warm, tasty!
Ingredients:
2 banana fruit goods/Ambon Cook 100 g flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk 150 ml water 2 Tbsp chopped raisins or dates vegetable oil powdered sugar Topping: Milo
How to make:
• Peel bananas then lumatkan.
• Mix the creamed bananas with the flour, baking soda, sweetened condensed milk and water.
• Mix until well blended.
• Add the jackfruit pieces, mix well.
• Sendoki banana batter, shape so the balls.
• FRY in hot oil until golden yellow.
• Sprinkle with powdered sugar or Milo.
• Serve warm.
Tips:
To get the banana fritters are legit, please choose a banana is ripe right. Banana more mushy and easily crushed and it feels more legit.
Use the oil on medium heat and so many bananas ripen evenly.
Roll in powdered sugar and banana when Milo is still warm so that it can be attached to perfect.
