HOMEMADE RABDI
Ingredients
1 liter Full Fat MIlk
1 pinch Saffron
2 tbsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Rose water
Instructions
take a pan and put milk in the pan and boil the milk then soak saffron in 2tbsp milk and put it on a side
lower the heat of pain and keep stirring in the pan ,cook milk for 1 hours till it reduced to quarter then add sugar,soaked saffron and rose water and cook for another 4-5 minutes then served in pots and garnish with almond and pistachio
re serving.
