Hi !! Nice post! I love ceviche de pollo and Of course you can not forget the Tari! or Inka Cola (Peruvian golden soda or bubble gum soda acording to my husband)
Inca Cola is still a favorite of Peruvians. Although, Coca Cola has changed the original recipe from the original Inca Cola that originated in Peru from what I understand. A lot of peruvians were not happy about it.
But you're right it does taste like bubble gum.
