1 telor kocok lepas
Kaldu bubuk
Terigu secukupnya
Tepung roti secukupnya
Saos
Cara buat :
- Telor dikasih kaldu bubuk kocok lepas. Masukan udang ke telor, angkat dimasukan ke terigu, setelah itu masukan lagi ke telor terakhir masukan ke tepung roti lalu goreng sampai matang. Udan crispy siap disajikan bersama saos.
