Re The Hybrid: It REALLY is... I love the ability to choose between charcoal, gas and wood as the mood/need sees fit. Gonna be doing a few more videos in future showcasing the braai specifically more than just a recipe.
Oooo, can't wait to see them! Hubby is in the market for a new grill, so maybe when (notice I didn't say "if") the price of steem goes up, I'll see about getting him this one. Thanks for the recommendation!
