- 2 well-washed lemons
- 2 kg of mango
- 50 kg of sugar
- Cinnamon

3. Let it boil, foam, reduce the intensity of the fire and, once boiled, cook for about 30 minutes.
4. Empty the compote in a large salad bowl, let it cool and then put it in the refrigerator less than 1 hour before serving.
