HEALTHY CHICKEN CUTLETS
Hello Friends ....
Today I'm going to show you, how to prepared chicken cutlets !
Ingredients
500 gr - chicken breast
2 onions
2 eggs
Semolina - 3tbsp
Sour Cream - 3tbsp
2 garlic cloves
Fresh dill and parsley
Salt & Pepper
1 tsp of butter (
Directions
Step 1 : Cut your chicken into small pieces or use a food processor.
Step 2 : Cut your onions, garlic and fresh herbs.
Step 3 : In a bowl combine meat, onions, garlic, eggs, sour cream, semolina and greens, mix everything together very well.
Step 4 : Place the mixture into the fridge for 30 min.
Step 5 : In a frying pan add some cooking spray and a little bit of butter, add your cutlet mixture, about a 1 large tbsp.
Step 6 : Fry for 5 min on both side, until its cooked. Serve with vegetables or rice.
