This is a simple traditional dish of Italian cuisine with bright notes of basil and parmesan undoubtedly diversifies your daily menu.

Ingredients:
- eggs \ - 5 pcs.,
- milk \ - 100 ml,
- green peas (frozen) - 0,5 glasses,
- corn (frozen) - 0.5 cups,
- small tomatoes - 3 pcs,
- Parmesan - 100 gr,
- greens (parsley, basil) - 1 bunch,
- salt (I have a sea),
- a mixture of Italian herbs,
- olive oil \ - 1 tbsp.
In addition, we will need a frying pan that can be placed in the oven.
Frittatu can be prepared in different ways \ - in a frying pan on a slow fire under the lid, in a form with high sides in the oven, there are cooking options in the multivark and even in the microwave. We will cook traditionally - in a frying pan on the stove, and then bring it to the oven.
Preparation:
Peas and corn washed under the water from the ice, do not need to cook.
Leaves of fresh herbs cut off from the stems, cut (not finely), leaving a couple twigs for filing
Cut the tomatoes into slices, pre-sanded.
If there is a lot of liquid in it, then it should be removed together with the seeds, so that the dish from above is not too wet. In short, we need a tomato fillet. My tomatoes were fleshy and I left the seeds.
Parmesan grated on a large grater
Eggs with milk, salt and a mixture of Italian herbs shake whisk
Frying pan and grease with olive oil. Reduce heat to a minimum and pour the milk-egg mixture into the pan
When she starts to pick up a little from the edges, lay out the peas
and corn
sprinkle with herbs
and cheese
to decompose the tomato slices
Tomatoes a little sprinkle with olive oil, add salt, sprinkle with Italian herbs.
Put fritatu in the oven (I chose the "grill" and the temperature of 200 degrees)
