Fried Crispy Filament Crab Stick
炸蟹柳条
Today, I would like to share a recipe of fried filament crabsticks.
今天,我要跟大家分享炸蟹柳条食谱。
Ingredients:
Crab sticks ∼ 16 pieces
Corn flour ∼ 4 teaspoons
Cooking oil ∼ 500g
材料:
蟹柳条 ∼ 16 条
玉黍粉 ∼ 3茶匙
食油 ∼ 500g
Instructions
Remove all the plastics of crab sticks.
将所有蟹柳条的包装纸撕了。
Break all the crab sticks into small pieces
把所有蟹柳条打开撕成小条状。
Add the corn flour to the crab sticks, mix well. Then put it into refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
将玉黍粉倒入蟹柳条,搅均。再放入冰箱至少二至三个小时。Add the cooking oil into the wok, cook the cooking oil under high heat.
把食油倒入锅中,用大火把油烧热。
Put one piece of crabstick into the oil to test the temperature.
将一条个蟹柳条丝放入热油中试温度。When the cooking oil is heat enough, turns to medium heat, then put the filament crab sticks into the wok to fry it.
当油的温度够热了,调至中火,再把蟹柳条丝放入锅中油炸。
Stir it once a while when frying to separate the crab sticks.
在油炸时,不时要搅动把蟹柳条分开。Fried the filament crab sticks until slightly golden brown, then can take out from wok and wait it cool down. Keep in container and ready to serve.
当蟹柳条丝炸至金黄色就可从油锅中拿出,待冷再放入瓶中保存。随时可享用。
这是我们新年常看到的食物,我最爱吃了。一边聊天或看电视,一瓶还真不够吃呢!有了食谱我就可以在家自己动手做了。谢谢分享。
