南瓜豪士瘦肉粥

∼∼南瓜豪士瘦肉粥∼∼

食材


米 140克
豪士 40克
南瓜 200克
瘦肉 100
玉米粉 1茶匙
姜 20克
蚝油 2汤匙
盐 1½小匙

准备

  1. 将瘦肉洗净,然后在砧板上将瘦肉切成小薄片, 放入碗中。然后把玉米粉、 1小匙盐和50毫升的水加入碗中,搅均然后腌制至少15分钟。

  2. 在砧板上,将南瓜去皮洗净,然后切成后块状备用。

  3. 在砧板上,将姜去皮洗净,然后切成姜丝备用。

  4. 将豪士洗净备用。

  5. 将米洗净备用。

做法

  1. 首先,将一公升的清水倒入锅中, 以大火把水煮沸。

  2. 等水煮沸后,将米、豪士和南瓜倒入锅中,待水再次煮沸时,盖上锅盖,转小火继续煮。

  3. 每隔一段时间,用勺子搅一下底部,以免底部煮焦了。如果发现水分不够,就再加入一碗沸水,以免水煮干了把粥煮成饭了,差不多一小时后,粥就差不多煮好了。

  4. 打开锅盖,将瘦肉和姜丝倒入锅中。然后盖上锅盖用大火将粥再次煮沸。

  5. 待粥煮好后,就可将耗油的盐加入,搅均即可。如果喜欢吃更咸一些,可再多加耗油或盐调味。

  6. 调味好后,就可以将粥取出碗中摆上桌慢慢享用了。
