Avocado green cheese with oregano
Ideal to simply enjoy a healthy and nutritious craving, as well as for all those people who are moving towards a healthier and more conscious diet.
Ingredients for 500 grams
- 3 medium avocados
- 4 tablespoons of raw coconut oil, in a liquid state
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sea salt or Himalaya
- 6 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
- ¼ cup of rejuvelac
- 2 tablespoons of psyllium powder
- 2 tablespoons dehydrated oregano leaves
Preparation
In a blender, whisk all ingredients except oregano until smooth.
Use a large plating ring or smaller rings to make several cheeses. Fill them with avocado paste on baking paper. Reserve in the refrigerator a minimum of 8 hours without unmolding until you gain consistency. Desmolda and reboza with oregano leaves.
