Mango and condensed milk dessert
Today for being a very promising Sunday, since it dawned very sunny I dispose to share it in family since today there are many festivities for the day of the virgin of the Candelaria in spite of being a very busy week for the different events that are living in my country. I decide to make a stop, to pass quickly and quickly by the network to greet my friends and to write to them that I do not forget you and that I also ask for your health and well-being.
Soon everything will return to calm and I will continue to enjoy such good publications and excellent photographs that virtually take me on a journey full of many surprises, grateful for that, so I share with you this rich recipe:
Dessert of mango and condensed milk.
Ingredients:
- A can of condensed milk
- 5 eggs
- A spoonful of lemon juice
- A ripe mango cut into pieces
- Two tablespoons of unflavored gelatin
Instructions
The 5 egg yolks to be heated to 80°C for a short period of time are then cooled down quickly in order to destroy the microorganisms without altering the composition and qualities of the eggs.
Then in the blender or food processor place all the ingredients, set aside and in a bowl serve the 2 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin 1/2 cup of boiling water is stirred and put a cup of cold water and mix until a uniform mixture is made.
Now it is poured in the mixture that we already have ready and we stir uniformly, in another container we beat the whites of the eggs to point of snow and we incorporate them to the previous mixture, we stir uniformly, the last step is to place in the refrigerator approximately by three hours, and then to enjoy this rich dessert next to all the family.
