Bread Muffins
Ingredients
one teaspoon apple pie spice
quarter cup white sugar
one (12 ounce) can refrigerated biscuit dough
half cup brown sugar
three tablespoons butter
one teaspoon water
Instructions:
Mix the apple pie spice and white sugar in a small bowl; roll the biscuit pieces in the mixture to coat. Divide the covered pieces between the prepared muffin cups. Combine the brown sugar, butter, and water in a small pan over medium fire; bring to a boil, mixing continuously. Allow the mixture to boil till the sugar is completely dissolved, two to three minutes. Spoon the mixture over the biscuit pieces.
Bake in the 375 degrees preheated oven till golden, and the tops spring back when lightly pressed, eigh ti twelve minutes.
