Step 1
In a pan, heat ghee and add semolina. Keep sauteing so that the semolina is evenly fired. Keep the flame low. Wait until the aroma of fried semolina starts coming. Add roasted cashews in it.

Pour milk and mix well. Mix in sugar. Stir well until all the ingredients are nicely mixed. Let the kheer simmer so that the consistency thickens a bit. Meanwhile, grind cardamom without skin into a fine powder. Once the kheer thickens, add raisins, cardamom powder, and chiraunji.
Step 3
Stir continuously. Once the kheer is cooked, turn off the flame. Let it come down to room temperature and serve.
