Fry Chicken
Ingredients:
• Chicken with 8 pieces of skin (leg / drumstick / breast / wings)
• 1 cup flour
• Add half a teaspoon of pepper powder
• Garnish with half a teaspoon of ginger
• Finish half a teaspoon onion
• salt
• Half a teaspoon of chili powder
• Half a teaspoon of paprika Powder
• 1 egg
• half cup liquid milk
• 1 cup cornflakes powder (if you do not have corn flour powders, you can toast the bread and grind it)
Method
First mix the eggs and milk together in container. Mix it with a little salt, ginger paste, onion paste, and soak chicken pieces for 10-15 minutes.
Mix well with a bowl of flour in a bowl and mix all the powdered spices. Give it a little salt Mix well.
Mix chicken pieces together with mixing it with egg mixture and mix it well.
Then mix it again with the surviving egg mixture and then lighten it with a little oil and then mix cornflakes powder or bread powder on top of the coat.
Heat oil in a large pot for roasting oil and fry it in red. Put on a kitchen paper. This will cause excess oil to shatter (Fry well and fry it from small to medium, otherwise it will not be red
