Delicious Rice with Broccoli at Home
Great idea for a healthy side dish. Loose rice goes well with broccoli. This duo is complemented by aromatic pepper. But even without it, the dish turns out to be very tasty.

Ingredients
Broccoli
Pepper
Garlic
Onion
Vegetable oil
Salt
Pepper
Long grain rice
Water
Preparation
Disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences. Cut the pepper into small pieces. Chop the garlic and onion.
Fry the onions in a skillet with butter for 6-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Add garlic to the onion and simmer for another minute.
Pour rice into a frying pan, stir and cover with water.
When the water boils, simmer over low heat.
After 12 minutes, add the broccoli and pepper and cook until the rice is tender.
Remove from heat and leave covered for another 5 minutes. Enjoy your delicious meal!
