Delicious Banana Cinnamon Bread at Home

Preparation
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.
Beat the sugar, egg whites and egg separately with a mixer. The volume of the mass should double.
Add bananas mashed with a fork, yogurt, salt and butter to the eggs. Beat on medium speed until smooth.
While stirring the dough from bottom to top, gradually add the flour mixture.
Grease a rectangular cake pan and pour the dough into it, leveling the surface.
