Crispy Chicken Popcorn at Home
Ingredients
Chicken breast
Salt
Flour
Tabasco sauce
Thyme
Sweet chili sauce
Soy sauce
Vegetable oil
Breadcrumbs
Preparation
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces. Put in a bowl, add salt, a few drops of Tabasco, a pinch of thyme, 1 tbsp each. l. sweet chili and soy sauce. Stir and leave to marinate.
Mix well. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Pour kefir into a bowl, you can use thin sour cream. Pour flour into another bowl, add salt and spices again.
Dip all pieces in flour. Place pieces on a wire rack.
Heat the vegetable oil well in a saucepan. Then roll the chicken in breadcrumbs and deep-fry.
Delicious crispy chicken popcorn is ready serve it with mayo.
