Recipe for Baked Cheesecake

Ingredients


  • 350g cream cheese (cheese spread)
  • 2 eggs
  • 150ml of cream to assemble
  • 100g of sugar
  • 80g of wheat flour

Preparation



1.- We take out the cream cheese from the fridge, which can be the brand that you like, and let it temper and put it at room temperature. This will make it easier to manipulate and integrate later.

2.- In a bowl we put all the ingredients, including the cheese. Then, with a manual stick, mix all the ingredients, until we have a homogeneous mixture without lumps .(or cheese, or flour)

3.- We line the bottom of a removable mold for baking paper cakes. For these quantities, one of about 20cm in diameter is quite good. Pour the mixture into the mold.

4.- We introduce the mold in the oven, previously heated to 190ºC, heat up and down. If you have a fan, activate it. Let bake for about 1 hour, until it has caught a dark brown on its surface. Without getting to burn, of course.

5.- We will see how, with the passage of minutes, the cheese cake starts to rise. However, it is not a sponge cake so, when removed from the oven, it will go down. Spent around 50 'or 1 hour, we puncture with a stick. If it comes out dry, it's ready. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

6.- Unmold. If you see that it sticks to the wall of the mold, review it with a knife. Cut it into individual portions and if you wish, you can accompany it with strawberry jam, blueberries or raspberries.
