Churros

Ingredients
one cup water
two and half tablespoons white sugar
half teaspoon salt
two tablespoons vegetable oil
one cup all-purpose flour
two quarts oil for frying
half cup white sugar, or to taste
one teaspoon ground cinnamon

In a small sized pan over moderate heat, mix water, two and half tablespoons sugar, salt and two tablespoons vegetable oil. Provide to a boil and eliminate from heat. Mix in flour until mixture forms a ball.
Heaten up the oil for frying in deep-fryer or deep skillet to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Pipe strips of dough into hot oil using a pastry bag. Fry till golden; strain on paper towels.
Mix half cup sugar and cinnamon. Roll drained churros in cinnamon and sugar mixture.
