INGREDIENTS
one and half cups water
one cinnamon stick
one whole clove
one pod star anise
four and quarter cups milk
two tablets Mexican chocolate
quarter cup pinole
one pinch crushed piloncillo
INSTRUCTIONS

15 Minutes
Ready In:
35 Minutes
Bring water, cinnamon stick, clove, and star anise to a broil in a pan; eliminte from heat and allow spices to steep till water is fragrant, about ten minutes. Strain.
Heaten up the milk, chocolate, and pinole in another saucepan over medium heat, beating till chocolate is dissolved and liquid is thickened, about teb minutes. Eliminate from heat and put piloncillo; let rest till sugar is dissolved, about five minutes more. Fill cinnamon water into chocolate mixture and mix to blend.
