  • 3 potatoes
  • 2 fresh cucumbers
  • 200 grams of beef
  • 1/4 chicken
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 lemon
  • 300 grams of sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 onion
  • green onion
  • dill
  • 1.5-2 liters of water
  • salt

1. Beef and quarter of chicken put in a pot of water and boil. Put the black pepper, onion and cook on a very small fire for 3-3.5 hours, until the meat is cooked.

2. Boil the potatoes in the peel until cooked, the eggs are hard boiled.

3. Take the meat from the broth and put it aside to cool. Clear eggs and potatoes. Peel the cucumbers.

4. Put egg yolks aside. Proteins, potatoes, cucumbers and meat cut into cubes and put into a pan.

5. Mix the yolks in a bowl with salt, mustard, lemon juice and herbs. Stir with sour cream and broth until smooth (broth should be cold). Pour into a pan with vegetables and meat. To cover with a lid. Put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
