Di artikel diatas saya udah ada kasih keterangan kalau itu tipikal utk masak masakan china, korea dan jepang.
Di Indonesia pun biasanya dipake cuma di restoran/warteg masakan china.
Dipakenya bs jg utk nasi goreng, bakmi, sayur dll.
