HOW TO MAKE DELICIOUS DILL AND ALMOND CRUSTED FISH
DILL AND ALMOND CRUSTED FISH

A crunchy flavored texture on the outside of your fresh fish – so very delicious!
INGREDIENTS
4 fresh firm white fish fillets
1 cup of blanched almonds
1 ½ tablespoons of dill – chopped
1 teaspoon of lime zest – grated
1 tablespoon of butter
salt and pepper
METHOD
Preheat oven to 390F.
Blitz your almonds in a food processor until fine.
Pour into a bowl and add zest, dill, butter and season.
Combine with your fingers to form crumbs.
On a lined baking tray, place fish.
Press the almond, mix into the top of your fish and into the oven.
Bake till fish is cooked to your liking and the crumb is golden.
