there are many ways to prepare grilled vegetables, then I share a delicious recipe, I hope to give you many ideas and start filling your fridge with many vegetables.

ingredients:

  • 1 zucchini
  • A potato
  • 1 roast carrot
  • Some broccoli or cauliflower saplings
  • 3 or 4 onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Salt, pepper and aromatic herbs to taste (oregano, thyme, parsley, rosemary ...)
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation:

We clean and chop the vegetables. The onions, cut in half, The potatoes, well washed and in quarters or slices leaving the skin if it is clean and firm, The cauliflower, in small trees, the sliced ​​zucchini and with its skin, the carrot and the pepper, chopped, mash the garlic cloves with salt, pepper, a little bit of olive oil and chopped herbs (preferably fresh) to your liking: parsley, thyme, rosemary ... in a large bowl or on a tray bake if you have good size mix the vegetables with the mashed, if you want you can remove the garlic from the mashed and put together with the garlic a crushed garlic in one fell swoop, cover with aluminum foil and bake in the middle of the oven at 190 degrees for half an hour , or something less, depends on how you like the vegetable, whole or more cooked. We serve hot.

Tips:

  • You can only put salt, pepper and crushed garlic in the mashed potatoes, eliminate the herbs and you can customize the dish with one of these ideas:
  • Asian touch: Add a bit of lime or lemon juice and a few strokes of ginger powder

  • Hindu: Add a couple of teaspoons of curry to the mashed

  • Moroccan: Add to the mashed a couple of teaspoons of Ras al Hanout or a mixture of ground spices: clove, cumin, cinnamon, ginger and turmeric.

  • Italian: Add to the mashed some chopped fresh basil and a little grated cheese.

  • French: We replace the oil with butter and add the juice of 1 lemon.
