Resep siomay vegetarian yang maknyus
"SIOMAY VEGETARIAN"
Bahan:
- 20 lembar Kulit siomay (beli yang sudah jadi)
- Air untuk mengukus
Bahan isian:
- 200 gram jamur tiram segar, cuci, peras * dan tiriskan (diangin-anginkan biar benar-benar kering)
- 50 gram tepung terigu
- 2 butir bawang putih halus/ 1 sdt bawang putih bubuk
- garam sesuai selera
- 1/2 sdt merica bubuk
- 2 sdt kaldu jamur bubuk
- air sedikit
Cara Membuat:
- Cincang jamur dengan food processor tapi jangan halus-halus sekali (masih ada sedikit tekstur). 2. campur tepung terigu dengan sedikit air agar tidak menggumpal (benar-benar kental) lalu campurkan dengan jamur tiram, bawang putih, garam, merica dan kaldu jamur sampai rata. Boleh menggunakan tangan agar lebih merata.
- Siapkan 1 lembar kulit siomay, masukkan 1 sdt adonan isian, bungkus seperti kantung uang.Lakukan sampai adonan dan kulit habis.
- Kukus sampai matang. Kalau mau digoreng setelah dikukus bisa langsung digoreng. Hias dengan daun bawang yang diikatkan seperti pita. Sajikan hangat dengan saus. Boleh dengan saus kacang ataupun saus sambal sesuai selera.
