Egg-fried Sambal (Recipe)
Hello everyone, today I will share recipe for egg sauce suitable for your daily meal.
No longer need to go straight to the food recipe.
The first is to prepare the ingredients.
- 5 chicken eggs, boiled, peeled
- 4 red onion grains, finely sliced
- 250 ml thick coconut milk
- 2 bay leaf sheet
- 10 cm lemongrass, radiate
- 2 red chili, thinly sliced
- ½ teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 Soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons of oil, for sauteing
Smooth seasoning for fried chili sauce.
- 3 red chili
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 cm ginger
- 2 cm galangal
- 5 hazelnut seeds
Next how to make it:
First Saute the shallots until fragrant. Add the spices, bay leaves, lemongrass, chili, and brown sugar, Soy Sauce. Cook until well done.
Add coconut milk, eggs, and salt. Cook on low heat until shrinking.
Remove the eggs, flush with herbs, and serve as you wish
