Yogurt Sundae
Ingredients
quarter cup frozen berries
one tablespoon white sugar
two tablespoons vegan chocolate chips
one tablespoon vegan margarine
three tablespoons soy milk or soy creamer
one (8 ounce) container vanilla soy yogurt
one tablespoon chopped nuts
Instructions:
Toss berries with sugar in a microwave safe bowl. Cook in the microwave for forty seconds at full power till thawed.
Place chocolate chips and margarine in a microwave safe bowl. Cook in the microwave at 60% power for forty five seconds till melted. Use a fork to stir till smooth, then stir in soy milk until incorporated; set aside.
Spoon the soy yogurt into a small bowl, then spoon fruit overtop. Add on chocolate sauce and sprinkle with nuts.
