Cast Iron Skillet Cookie
We wanted a cast iron skillet cookie, pizza cookie, cookie pie, cookie cake...whatever you want to call it. I needed a bigger thicker slice for my vegan Ben & Jerrys peanut butter oreo Ice cream. So, we threw the homemade dough into our skillet without having to making a bunch of little even balls and voilà, feast your eyes on the finished product below .
