Hello everyone!

This easy recipe makes these pancakes light and fluffy and requires simple ingredients you probably have in your kitchen. They are delicious!!!

Ingredients:

1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup oatmeal
3 tbsp brown sugar
4 tbsp melted butter
1 cup milk
1 large egg
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, oatmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  2. Whisk egg, milk, butter and vanilla extract.
  3. Stir into dry ingredients until moistened. Do not over mix.
  4. Pour batter by 1/4 cupful onto greased hot griddle.
  5. Flip when bubbles form on top of pancakes.
  6. Serve with condensed milk on top or any syrup you have available.
  7. Enjoy!
