Divine beans black beak in soup
Hi friends, today I want to share this recipe for black bean soup.
It is the first time that I prepare this type of beans and I am divine.
As I mentioned in past recipe posts I am not a chef but I love cooking and experimenting with new recipes.
These were the ingredients you use:
- Black bean sprouts
- Garlic
- Chili
- Cebollín
- Onion
- Celery
- Cilantro
- Pope
- Smoked chop
- Smoked pig hogs
You should chop the fine minced dressings as shown in the photographs and the potatoes in not-so-large boxes.
We select the beans and then wash the grains, if you want to soak them from one day to the next.
Then we put to cook on medium high heat for a space of 30 minutes, add salt in a small amount.
Now we use a frying pan to fry the dressings with a little oil, then place the chopped pieces of smoked chop in small squares and sauté with the dressing until browning.
Finally we add everything fried to the beans when they are half cooked, add salt to taste and let it simmer until the beans are cooked; We add the last potatoes when the beans are short. When the beans are soft and the potatoes at their point put out the fire and go.
