TORTA RED VELVET
Esta rica torta red velvet es muy facil de preparar, colocamos en un bowl para cremar 100gr de margarina y 200gr de azucar una vez que se forme una mezcla cremosa se le coloca un huevo y se sigue batiendo, colocamos aparte 200gr de harina, 30gr de cacao, 1 cucharadita de bicarbonato y en otro envase se colocan 200ml de leche con 2 cucharaditas de vinagre, colocamos la leche en la mezcla de la margarina y se va agregando lo seco, vertir en un molde enharinado, llevar al horno por 40 minutos. Para el toppin se mezcla azuclar glass con queso crema hasta formar una mezcla consistente, tambien usamos gotas de chocolate para decorar
