Baked Pocket Potatoes :D
The name of this recipe is; we had put potatoes in the oven since both potatoes were pocket size, ie tiny, as well as tiny openings on the potatoes. It was very compatible.

A half kilo of fresh potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt, black pepper
1 can of cream (100 ml.)
