Blow Drink

INGREDIENTS

one and half oz Applejack brandy
one tbsp lemon juice
one egg white
one tsp powdered sugar
one oz apple juice
six oz club soda

PROCEDURE

Fill the brandy, lemon juice, egg white, sugar and apple juice into a cocktail shaker half-poured with ice cubes. Mix well. Drain over a few ice cubes in a collins glass. Put club soda, and enjoy.
