kali ini saya akan memposting tentang bagaimana cara membuat masakan Opor Ayam Kuning
- 1 ekor ayam, potong cuci bersih
- 700 ml santan encer
- 300 ml santan kental .
Bumbu halus:
- 8 bawang merah
- 5 bawang putih
- 3 buah kemiri
- kencur, secukupnya
- 1 sdm ketumbar
- 1 sdt lada butiran
- Kunyit, secukupnya.
- Seruas Jahe, geprek
- Seruas laos, geprek
- 2 btg serai, memarkan
- Garam, kaldu bubuk secukupnya
- 5 lembar daun salam
- 1 keping asam kandis
- 3 kulit ari kapolaga
- 1/4 sdt jinten.
Taburan: bawang goreng
- Tumis bumbu halus dg minyak panas setelah harum masukan bumbu cemplung masukan santan encer godok sampai mendidih(biar ga amis) kemudian masukan ayam, godok sampai empuk ayam.
- Setelah empuk masukan santan kental masak hingga mendidih.
- Koreksi rasa, sajikan.
