Yakisoba - Vegetable Stir Fry and Noodles - With Chicken in example

One could easily make this with shrimp, or snow peas. I had a frozen chicken breast, and some Yakisoba noodle, so I bought some broccoli, used up the garlic that I had, made a nice stir fry.

Quick teriyaki marinade on the small frozen chicken breast, you could do tofu if you like ... whatever you like but all I have ... chicken breast, noodles, pearl onions, cabbage.

Very cheap, broccoli, very low fat, could be vegan, delicious ... you gotta try, Yakisoba stir fry.
