My favourite cake recipe

Hello everyone, this is my first post in Steemit, I hope you´ll enjoy it.
In my country (Venezuela) this tipe of cake is named "bizcocho", is a cake that you could eat with coffee or a glass of milk.

Bizcocho recipe:
6 eggs (eggs white separated from the yolks)
500 gr of flour
400 gr of sugar
300 gr of butter
1 cup of milk
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 tablespoon of vanilla

First you are going to prepare de oven in 180C, and you´re going to prepare the mold.
In a bowl, put the butter and the sugar, later, add the 6 yolks and mix.
Put in the baking powder and the flour together.
Add the flour and de milk, put first a part of the flour and later put a little of milk, and repeat this.
Add the vanilla.
In other bowl, stir the eggs white until they look like snow. To do this is important to know that you have to put ONLY the eggs white, without the yolks (if a yolk get broken, don´t use the egg white to do this)
When you have ready you egg white, add this into the other bowl, and mix it.
Your cake mix is ready you have tu put it in the mold.
Put the mold in the oven and wait 30-45 minutes, to make sure that the cake is cooked, use a kitchen stick to know it. Push the kitchen stick into the middle of the cake, if the kitchen stick is clean, the cake is ready.
