This looks so yummy! I think I will try that for dinner tomorrow. I'm like you. I want my meat to be cooked well. I have had this thing since moving to Central America...

      Yes, I did and was a hit! The guys have asked me to put this recipe on a weekly rotation. So this is now a family favourite. Thanks for posting it!
