Great post! I love pork steak. So much more flavor and less dry than a prok chop. When I go to the butcher I tend to forget about pork steaks, but every now and then I pick one up. I am never dissappointed when I do!

    Yeah, I couldn't agree more... before I became BraaiBoy I would always take either Rump Steak or Rump Steak to a bring & braai :P ... needing to braai every day, I started exploring other meats, and Pork Steaks quickly became a very nice alternative to my old favourite.
