This is my 100th post!! Yayy..!!
Today I prepared my kid's favourite- Chinese Fried Rice for Lunch.
I am sharing my quick 3minute Recipe with you. Its very healthy and nutritious too!
Hope you all like it.
Ingredients :
One onion chopped
One spring onion chopped(optional)
One small carrot chopped in cubes
One small green capsicum chopped
A small bowl of cabbage chopped
A big bowl of plain cooked rice
Seasonings :
Salt and pepper to taste
Soya sauce
Tomato sauce
Red chilly sauce
Vinegar
One teaspoon ginger garlic paste
Coriander chopped for garnishing
Method :
Keep all the ingredients ready and handy as it is a very quick recipe 😜
In a wok heat one tablespoon of oil .
Put ginger garlic paste and let it heat till it starts leaving its fragrance.
Now put all the above chopped veggies and saute for a minute.
Now put cooked rice and salt and pepper to taste.
Mix slightly.
Now put all the sauces and vinegar above .. preferably one teaspoon each or according to taste.
Like if you like it little spicy you can can put more of red chilly sauce.
I put only one teaspoon as I was making for my kiddo😘
Mix well but sparingly with light hand so as not to crush the cooked rice!
Cover the lid for one minute.
Your sumptuous Chinese Fried Rice are ready!!👌😋
Garnish with chopped coriander and Serve hot!
