⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Andean Egg Soup 👨🍳
⭐This is a delicious soup typical of the Andean countries of South America. Sometimes they prepare it for a hangover. and it is prepared by great chefs in famous restaurants. 👨🍳
Ingredients
🥚 4 eggs
🥔 One cup of daddy, diced
✅ Chopped chives to taste
✓ 2 garlic, minced or chopped
✓ 2 tablespoons butter
✓ 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion or onion powder
💧 4 cups water
Preparation
In the pot where you are going to prepare the soup, melt the butter over a low heat and spread it all over the pot.
Without letting the butter dry, add the 4 cups and a pinch of salt to taste, stir.
Then add the chopped onion or onion powder, the crushed garlic, the potatoes and stir.
Switch from low to high heat and cook until potatoes are tender
After the potatoes are soft, add the 4 eggs and stir. Finally, add the chives
After adding the eggs, wait for the soup to boil and then simmer for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes you will have a nice soup to serve. that you enjoy it .
